Fitness classes are available as an integral part of our competition curriculum, or separately for adults and children looking to raise their level of flexibility and conditioning.

Our core curriculum classes have components to increase your overall fitness, while our Yoga and Martial Boot Camp classes target specific fitness goals and the needs of the sport karate player. These classes are tremendous for increasing flexibility, range of motion, hand eye coordination, strength and footwork.  


Our Martial Boot Camp offers many of the benefits of Personal Training but within a small group setting and price point!
